DuPont Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreements with Trina Solar


WILMINGTON, Del. - DuPont announced it has signed two strategic cooperation agreements with Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trina Solar Limited), one of the world's foremost photovoltaic companies. The agreements cover the supply of DuPont(TM) Tedlar® polyvinyl fluoride films and technology collaboration, including collaborative efforts involving DuPont(TM) Solamet® photovoltaic metallizations and other key materials. The companies will work together to advance the efficiency and lifetime of solar cells and modules, and lower the levelized cost of energy for photovoltaics. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
