New "Dual Head" Crimp Machine has Lateral Center Distance Adjustment Between Crimp Stations

(HORTON, MICHIGAN, February 25, 2002) The Lomar S1137 is a hydraulic operated, dual head crimp machine designed specifically for die-set crimping both couplings of a hose assembly simultaneously. Both crimp stations are mounted on linear rails which allows for lateral adjustment between stations, enabling the machine to be set up quickly for various hose lengths between crimps. The operator has the ability to operate both heads in conjunction or independent of each other. Integrated hydraulic system enhances the mobility of the machine making it ideal for cellular manufacturing.

The S1137 Crimp Machine utilizes standard Lomar S1087 Crimp Die sets that consistently produce high crimp diameter cpk results. A bulletin with complete details is available upon request.
