GAO Embedded Announces New PCMCIA Emulator Based on TI DSP Technology



Toronto, ON, Jan. 2008- GAO's TDS510 PCMCIA TI DSP Emulator is based on Texas Intruments' XDS510 technology, and is designed to be used with digital signal processors (DSPs) operating between 1.0 - 5.0 volts. The emulator itself is a bus-powered PCMCIA device. GAO TDS510 supports TI DSP with a JTAG interface such as C240X, F28X, VC33, C5000, C6000, TMS470 (ARM) and OMAP platforms. It is compatible with Type II PCMCIA interfaces, and, since there are no jumpers and no switch settings, it is simple to connect. The emulator is fully plug and play compatible and draws its power from the host's PCMCIA connection. GAO TDS510 PCMCIA TI DSP Emulator is compliant with TI Code Composer Studio IDE debug tool and is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003.
