Drop Packing Made Easy; SWF DP 320 Packs a Wide Variety of Container Types
(Reedley, CA) - SWF Companies continues to provide innovative packaging automation solutions with its DP 320 drop (case) packer. Speed, versatility and a host of standard features make the DP 320 an ideal drop packer for the dairy, beverage, household chemical and the blow molded plastics industries, among others.
Reaching speeds up to 25 cases per minute, the DP 320 continuously packs various sizes of glass, plastic, fiber, or metal containers in a wide variety of pack patterns and case sizes. The DP 320 also easily integrates with various SWF case erecting and sealing systems to form a complete case packing system.
The DP 320 is designed with an array of standard features, including a cross feed case conveyor, PLC controls, interlocked safety guarding and an auto jam shut down sensor. It also utilizes size changeover assist components, NEMA 12 electrical controls and a downstream photo eye for auto start and stop. With a rough top case feed belt, low-pressure pneumatic case platform and plastic belting for smooth transfers, the DP 320's standard features are hard to improve upon.
Available options on the DP 320 allow each customer to customize a machine to their individual packaging needs. Options include alternate voltages, Steel-It paint, casters and upgraded PLC controls. SWF also offers NEMA 4 electrical controls, a three color stack light, additional E-stop station and stainless steel construction.
