Drei Austria Lets Customers Experience Option's Globesurfer(R) ICON 7.2 HSDPA

company, today announced that Drei, Hutchison 3G Austria or "3" is the first mobile operator in Austria to offer the Option GlobeSurfer(R) ICON 7.2 HSDPA.
Drei or "3" is celebrating the commercial release of the "3" branded USB wireless broadband modem with a compelling launch promotion. Customers in Austria signing up for a 24 month subscription (EUR19 per month) will be able to purchase the USB modem for only 3 euros, including a monthly 1.5 Gb data package.

Customized to the exacting requirements of the operator, the
GlobeSurfer(R) ICON 7.2 HSDPA offers Drei customers in Austria easy wireless broadband access. Option's Zero-CD(TM) technology, which allows applications, manuals and drivers to be downloaded and installed automatically when the device is first connected to a computer, makes the GlobeSurfer(R) ICON 7.2 HSDPA truly plug-and-play. The product, which offers impressive downlink rates of up to 7.2 Mbps, joins Option's widely acclaimed GT MAX data card in the "3" Austria portfolio.
