DP Gages suit high line pressure applications.

Press Release Summary:

Designed for use where line pressures reach up to 10,000 psi, models 1206 and 1306 have pressure bodies machined from solid blocks of stainless steel or aluminum. Magnetic coupling of sensor and indicator allows for complete separation of process fluid from user. Products, which incorporate piston sensor and dials from 2.5-6 in. dia., measure differential pressures (DP) on liquids in ranges from 0-5 psid to 0-1000 psid with 2% FS accuracy.

New Differential Pressure Gauges for High Line Pressure Applications

MILFORD, CT - New high-pressure differential pressure gauges from Orange Research are designed for use where elevated line pressures exist. The gauges, with 10,000 psi line pressure ratings, accurately measure differential pressures on liquids in ranges from 0-5 psid up to 0-1000 psid.

With pressure bodies machined from solid blocks of metal and a rugged piston sensor, these gauges withstand severe environments where overpressure is common without losing their 2% full-scale accuracy.

Magnetic coupling of the sensor and indicator allows for complete separation of the process fluid from the user. Solid-front gauges or blowout ports are unnecessary.

High-pressure differential pressure gauges are common in offshore applications where pressures are ever increasing. They are also popular in power generation, gas pipelines and on compressors. Users apply them in filtration or for measuring flow across an orifice plate.

Select from stainless steel or aluminum construction with dials from 2.5 to 6 inches in diameter. Static seals are available in many materials, enough to satisfy the most demanding applications. A wide variety of porting connections are offered, including medium pressure, high pressure, NPT, BSP, MS, SAE and many more.

Switches and transmitters can be added to allow for remote indication of process conditions. Nema 4X and IP65 ratings protect the electrical components.
