Dynabrade's new Metal Capture Downdraft Table helps reduce potential flammability of materials in the workplace while grinding.
The Metal Capture Downdraft Table offers a wet filtration system to capture potentially combustible filings and dust in an air/water mixing zone. By entrapping these particles in water, the potential flammability is reduced. After pulling the filings and dust through the air/water mixing zone, the material is then easily deposed of as slurry. The table is ideal for capturing aluminum and titanium dust. The table is also ideal for Aircraft and Military Operations, Refineries, Foundries and other environments where heavy grinding applications are performed.
The Metal Capture Downdraft Table features a working area of 36" wide x 60" long for accommodating large work pieces. The table includes shields for both the side and back of the table. It also includes casters for easy maneuvering, which also lock in place. The table has no paper filters to replace, resulting in easy maintenance.
The table includes models that direct air exhaust down, up, or to the side. The table features sturdy 12-gauge construction and has a 42-gallon capacity. Made in the U.S.A.
