The Kalamazoo Machine Tool Model H410 A NC double column bandsaw with CNC controls is designed for fully automatic, heavy-duty production requirements. The saw features extremely solid construction required in rigorous high-volume work, plus it offers a wide range of standard features to make the saw easy to use in a variety of applications. The Material Saver feature automatically positions the stock relative to the saw blade -- either for making a trim cut, or automatic, accurate cutting to the desired length. In addition, the operator can automatically cut a single piece of stock, accurately and without waste. The Automatic Sawing System enables the operator to make optimum cuts simply by selecting the type and size of the material loaded into the machine. The machine automatically selects and then maintains the optimum blade speed, downfeed speed and downfeed rate throughout the entire cut.

Other features on the Model H410 A NC saw include a Materials Library for storage of commonly performed jobs, automatic hydraulic blade tension, blade guide control and guide arm positioning, full coolant system, material split-vising, hydraulic chip auger, powered chip brush, vertical material roller and a variable speed bar feeder.
