Dortronics Enhances Its Product Portfolio with New Door Control and Electronic Lock Introductions at ISC West 2013

Las Vegas, NV – Dortronics Systems, Inc. is showcasing their latest electronic lock solutions this week at ISC West 2013 (booth #1037). Introductions include the 3412 Series Drop-Bolt Locks, ML-1100 Series Electromagnetic Mortise Lock & Pull, and 6450 Series Keyed Lever-Type Handles paired with the 6495 Series Egress Bars.

The new Dortronics 3412 Series Drop-Bolt Locks provide a heavy duty and reliable locking solution for single or double acting inswing or outswing doors – including Herculite frameless glass doors. The unit’s unique automatic alignment sensor simplifies installation and helps ensure the lock works flawlessly.
Additionally, the ML-1100 Series Electromagnetic Mortise Lock & Pull features a holding force of 1,000 pounds in an aesthetically pleasing yet highly efficient design. The pull handle allows concealment of the locking hardware, making it an appealing option for lobby and vestibule entrances. While the fail-safe Dortronics electromagnetic locking device ensures instant release upon command or loss of power, the "direct pull" design insures maximum holding force for enhanced security.
Finally, the 6450 Series Keyed Lever-Type Handles pair with the 6495 Series Egress Bars to enable access from the exterior side of the door. Designed to allow mechanical latch retraction from the outside, the new Lever Handles mount easily on standard narrow stile glass and aluminum doors. The Lever Handle Trim is available in standard aluminum or dark bronze finishes and can be supplied with a key cylinder or will accept a standard cam 1-1/8" mortise cylinder to enable compatibility with the building key system.
