Donsco now offers ductile iron at its Wrightsville Foundry facility. The Wrightsville Foundry which operates two Disamatic 2013A molding machines pours several grades of ductile iron including 65-45-12, 80-55-06, 100-70-03 and many grades of ADI. The ability to pour ductile iron on our Disa lines could not have come at a better time due to a shortage of capacity situation in the ductile Disa market driven by the resurgence of the auto industry. This capacity shortage had extended lead-times to 20 weeks and in some cases even longer. At Donsco, we are committed to maintaining short lead-times of 4 to 6 weeks and keeping them there. We work with our strategic partners to develop inventory management programs. This commitment has opened up new markets.
