Disposable Cartridges For Pneumatic and Manual Dispensing
A full line of low-cost, disposable plastic cartridges, nozzles, plungers, and caps for dispensing a wide range of adhesives, epoxies, lubricants, solder pastes, urethanes, and related products is being introduced by Fishman Corporation of Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
Fishman Disposable Plastic Cartridges are offered in 1, 2112, 8, 12, 20, and 32 oz. and 1/10th gallon sizes with compatible plungers, seals, flange caps, and various types of nozzles in 2", 4", 6", 8", and 10" lengths. Suitable for a wide variety of pneumatic and manual dispensing applications, they are available molded from both low- or high-density polyethylene.
Featuring three plunger options: the flexible P-Plunger, wiper edge WP-Plunger, and PRS-Plunger which seals the rear edge only, Fishman Disposable Plastic Cartridges accommodate a broad range of chemicals and fluids of varying viscosity. They have 1/4" NPT female threads with an internal valve seal and are rated at industry-standard 100 psi (min.).burst strength.
Fishman Disposable Plastic Cartridges are priced from $0.315 for the 1 oz. size to $0.45 for the 6 oz., and $1.92 for the 32 oz. size in quantity. Literature and pricing are available upon request.
