Marshall Introduces New 17-inch HDSDI Display Monitor for the New Wave of HDSDI 1080p Security Cameras
The new budget-priced 17-inch V-LCD17H 3G-SDI/Dual HD-SDI display debuted at ISC West.
El Segundo, CA – Marshall Electronics announced its new 17-inch HDSDI Display Monitor designed to display high definition video from HDSDI 1080p cameras. The new monitor has broadcast-quality features to add a superior level of detail to surveillance video. The V-LCD17H was on display at ISC West at Marshall booth #12113.
The V-LCD17H is the perfect display for direct high quality HDSDI monitoring from both HD cameras and IP cameras with HDSDI outputs. The V-LCD-17H includes a number of features used on its line of Broadcast Monitors, such as Status Display, False Color Filter, Markers, Freeze Function, Color Temperature Presets, RGB Gain / Bias Adjust, Pixel-to-Pixel, Blue Gun, Hard Tally and user-definable function buttons.
“The V-LCD17H allows users to view HD video in the same format in which it was captured on 1080p cameras,” said Robert Foster, Broadcast Division Sales Manager at Marshall Electronics. “There is no loss of data, making it easier to identify faces, license plates, and other details that are important to security personnel.”
The V-LCD17H can be ordered as a standard EIA 19-inch rack mount monitor with attached rack ears that can be angled to provide the user control over viewing angles. A VESA standard 75mm hole pattern also allows custom mounting installations. Alternately, the V-LCD17H can be ordered in desktop configurations (V-LCD17H-3G-DT / V-LCD17H-2HD-DT).
