New 15 in. Completely Integrated LCD XGA TFT Display Module

Designated "easyPanel" with Long-Term Availability (min. 3 years) and 2 Year Warranty.

DATA MODUL introduces its new 15" TFT "easyPanel", an integrated TFT module for the OEM market, which reduces total cost and saves development time, logistics and technical resources by providing a fully integrated module.

This module consists of a 15" TFT panel in MVA technology, controller, cables and the inverter to drive the backlight. All the user needs to do is to supply an input signal and power! No special connectors or cables are needed, since the easyPanel comes with standard interface connectors. Its controller comes with OSD board as a standard, which includes features to adjust the brightness, contrast and many more parameters.

The picture quality and OSD features are superior because of the use of high quality components like the latest scaling chip available within the industry. The easyPanel comes standard with wide viewing angle of 160 degree symmetrical, contrast 400:1, brightness of 250 nits and a CFL lifetime of min. 50kh

The user can choose between digital (DVI) or analog RGB controller. NTSC, touch panel (via USB, PS/2 or RS 232), serial OSD and custom versions are now under development.
One of the many features of this module is the long-term availability until at least end of 2005, so the user doesn't have to change his mechanical design every year.

Price start at $450 for sample and small quantities. Prices are substantially lower for production quantities for the standard analog version.
