The New UQ1 Series from Optex FA Sensors is the First Displacement Laser Sensor Control Unit



West Des Moines, IA - The NEW UQ1 Series from Optex FA Sensors is the first displacement laser sensor control unit that was designed to provide direct connection between Optex measurement lasers and the Mitubishi Q series PLC.

The high-speed controller features a built-in processor, which automatically communicates with the PLC, thus, eliminating the need to program complicated communication set-up into the ladder program. The built-in processor provides measurement calculations as fast as 100 microseconds and includes thickness, leveling of a part, step height, inclination; all without putting any load on the CPU.
