Ross Introduces New High Viscosity Disperser
Charles Ross & Son Company has today announced the introduction of a new line of High Viscosity Dispersers. The new High Viscosity Disperser is designed to mix and blend high viscosity non-flowing materials, typically too viscous for a conventional High Speed Disperser. Applications such as pigmented pastes, inks, epoxies, polyesters and colorants are ideal for this design. These models are available with a conventional "Bow Tie" as well as a "Four Blade - 45 degree Turbine". Several sizes are available starting with a laboratory model to production sizes handling volumes up to 500 hundred gallons.
All units include:
- Stainless steel type 304 wetted parts
- Explosion proof, VFD capable motors
- Hydraulic Lifts
- Mix can locking mechanisms
- Stainless steel shaft guards
- Explosion proof safety switches
Many optional features are also available including vacuum or atmospheric covers, mix cans with features including jackets for heating or cooling, discharge valves, caster wheels, etc.
