HAVERHILL, MA - DL Technology, LLC® introduces the DispenseLink(TM) system, providing a cost-effective micro volume dispensing capability on any dispensing platform for high density interconnect, semiconductor packaging, and SMT applications. The system includes the DispenseLink controller, the DL Micro Valve, and DL custom machined dispensing needles.
DispenseLink provides totally programmable increment and velocity control for the DL Micro Valve, thereby providing the capability for dot arrays, lines, fill routines, and custom patterns at material volumes of down to 10 mils (0.010 in.) or less. DispenseLink controller provides password-secure programming and a touch screen control. User-friendly software and easy integration provide total control of the DL Micro Valve. DispenseLink also provides the flexibility to run difficult multi-task applications with one or more DL Micro Valves.
The DL Micro Valve is specifically designed for precision dispensing of micro volumes of material. A brushless motor controls the rotation of the auger with a programmable encoder for achieving specific dispense parameters. The encoder provides more than 57,000 counts per 360° revolution of the auger, thereby providing the precision control required for micro volume dispensing.
DL needles are precision machined from solid stainless steel, and feature a conically-chamfered tip that ensures complete transfer of material from the needle to the substrate or package. Styles include footed, non-footed, underfill, Luer-Lok style, X-form, and custom designs.
