Economical Dispensing System Applies Consistent Amount of Many Different Assembly Fluids
East Providence, RI USA -- EFD's New ULTRASAVER(TM) multi-purpose dispensing system gives manufacturers an economical and reliable way to apply consistent amounts of adhesives, lubricants, and many other fluids used in benchtop assembly processes.
The ULTRASAVER operates on compressed air and electricity, and uses a precision timer to control the amount of fluid applied. Some typical uses include bonding parts with identical dots of adhesive, sealing with neat beads of silicone, and potting electronic components with uniform amounts of epoxy. The ULTRASAVER's consistent application lowers fluid consumption an average of 50% or more, improves quality, and reduces rework and cleanup.
Setup and operation of the ULTRASAVER is simple and efficient. To dispense uniform amounts of fluid, the user just sets air pressure, adjusts the timer, and presses an electronic foot pedal. The timer is easily deactivated if operator-controlled application is required.
