Rocky Hill, Conn. - August 19, 2004.... Henkel Corporation has re-engineered the Loctite® Analog Syringe Dispenser to better meet the needs and challenges of the adhesive dispensing market. Cost-effective and dependable, this pressure-time-vacuum system will dispense 10, 30, 55, and 300 ml syringe packages.

The new Loctite® Analog Syringe Dispenser unit can be operated in manual or automatic timed dispense mode to dispense dots or beads, or to fill syringes. The dispenser features a 0 to 100 psi adjustable pressure regulator and four selectable timer ranges: 0.01 to 1, 0.1 to10, 0.2 to 20, and 0.3 to 30 seconds. A vacuum suck-back feature prevents dripping and allows for effective control of a variety of product viscosities.

The system features momentary or timed dispense cycles and illuminated function switches. The compact unit requires minimal bench space, and operates on selectable 120 or 220 VAC input.
