Dispense Solutions®' in-house team of programmers collaborated with industry experts to create Ultimizer® - the most versatile, comprehensive dispensing software in the market. The graphic based interface and intuitive workflow reduce the need for extensive training.
Powerful new features include the ability to assign a strength value to raw material batches to account for variation in pigment strength. Multiple VOCs and HAPS can be recorded. Formulas can be associated with customers or a particular production line. The software automatically adjusts formulas to maintain dispense accuracy. Formula adjustments can be made after the dispense based upon spectrophotometer values.
System security has been increased with a wider range of operational permissions which can be assigned to an operator.
High volume components can dispense from more than one valve for high-speed dispensing into large containers. The software safeguards overflow through designation of container size. Multiple dispense stations can pull from centralized supply containers.
Multiple systems can extract data from Ultimizer®'s central database per system or for the entire group of networked systems. Reports can be exported in several formats. Remote login is also possible.
