Bench Mounted Fluid Dispensing Robots

I & J Fisnar Inc. high-capacity robots have been designed to take up as little space on a bench as possible, yet their rugged build is designed for 24/7 operation. The robots are simple to program with easy step-by-step instructions. Models are available with working areas from 8"x 8" to 16" x 16."

The 2000 series robots automate any industrial sealing, gasket, potting or filling application, together with sampling and vial fill automation in laboratory environments. No extras are needed to program or operate, and each robot is equipped with a basic
tooling plate and dispensing fixture.

Up to 100 programs are permitted with 6000 points of data. Quiet and continuous performance is achieved with 10 microns repeatable accuracy. Robots are available in 3- and 4-axis designs, each with continuous path (CP) and point-to-point (PTP) operations. Robots interpolate in all axes.
