Fishman Disposable Dispensing Needles incorporate a helical thread on their polypropylene hub that locks into a syringe and has a positive stop inside +/- 0.025" accuracy on overall length. Featuring burr-free stainless steel tubing that can be customized with slots, notches, and bends for special applications, these needles are ideally suited for automation.
Available in standard 'W', 1", and 1-1/2" lengths and 1/2" long 45 degree and 90 degree bent styles, Fishman Disposable Dispensing Needles have industry-standard color coded hubs and come in 14 to 30 Ga sizes. All plastic hub needles and free-flow tips are certified-silicone-free. Typical applications include pastes, glues, epoxies, greases,,oils, paints, and solder pastes and masks.
