Model I&J123-DMIX mechanical dispense system dispenses 200, 400, and 600 ml cartridges with ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 10:1. Any ratio can be programmed into 1:1 twin-pack or two 6 oz SEMCO® type cartridges. I&J123-DMIX Twin-Pack Cartridge Dispense System
Accurate dispensing of two-part materials from twin-pack dual component cartridges has always been a problem where small shots of material are required. The I&J123-DMIX mechanical dispense system can dispense from 200, 400 and 600ml cartridges with ratios of 1:1, 2:1 and 10:1. In addition, any ratio can be programmed into a 1:1 twin-pack or two 6oz SEMCO® type cartridges. It is now possible to program a 50:1 ratio using standard packages.
This flexibility is achieved by two on-board computers driving two independent stepping motor rams that attach to the barrier pistons in the cartridge and are able to grip and pull back to prevent drooling of material. Two 2001b drives supply the power to move very high viscosity materials.
The I&J123-DMIX can be attached to any I&J Fisnar Inc.® robot and the dispense rate synchronized to cc/sec for gasket form-in-place operations.
