NAB 2008: New-Generation Disk Recorder by DVS



At the NAB, DVS will present the Pronto3 as the new generation of its successful digital disk recorders. Thanks to its powerful hardware and innovative software, Pronto3 is the ideal system for realizing professional broadcast, post production and presentation projects. Numerous options are available to expand the Pronto3 feature range and adapt it to precisely meet customer requirements.

Hanover/Las Vegas. At booth no. SL2612 at this year's NAB, DVS presents high-performance disk recorder technology combined with an intuitive user interface and comprehensive features ranging from VTR emulation to autoconforming to the multi-device mode. The new Pronto3 disk recorder handles compressed and uncompressed data from HD to 2K for the entire scope of applications from post production to large-screen presentation.

As a highly versatile disk recorder, Pronto3 is the ideal solution for production and presentation applications using SD and HD material, as well as for projects that require real-time 2K, dual link, or formats like 1902x1080p at a frame rate of 60p.
