Field-Deployable Disintegrator Works Right Out of the Box

WESTBORO, MA - The Model 3 Deployment Kit from Security Engineered Machinery is the first-ever complete disintegrator system built for field deployment. The entire unit is bolted to a solid metal base frame with fork pockets that allow it to be picked up and moved by a forklift.

Once the unit is placed in the desired location, the wooden shipping crate can be quickly disassembled and disposed of or kept for future deployment. All system assembly, configuration and connections are done prior to shipment. One simple hook up to 3-phase power is all that is needed to get the unit up and running.

The disintegrator system consists of a Model 3 Disintegrator capable of destroying up to 500 lbs. of waste per hour, an evacuation unit and a sound-deadening MX enclosure. Because of its compact footprint, the Model 3 is ideal for use in tight quarters.

The disintegrator utilizes seven knives, five mounted on a solid steel rotor and two mounted on a stationary bed, that continuously cut items until they are small enough to pass through a sizing screen.

Items that can be destroyed include paper, hard drives, key tape, cell phones, PDAs, credit cards, bound documents, casino chips, video cassettes, and much more.
