Discover DEK Technologies in Action at National Electronics Week, Stand A10

The DEK team is preparing to take its manufacturing solution to the inaugural National Electronics Week (NEW), being held at London's Earls Court 2 over June 17th - 19th. In addition to showcasing powerful print platforms, Productivity Tools, precision screens, stencils and consumables on Stand A10, the mass imaging leader will also be demonstrating key technologies at the show's Production Live! environment.

At the heart of the DEK stand, the Horizon 03i print platform will be on show in conjunction with a wide range of Productivity Tools. Offering a best-in-class, proven specification for maximum value, Horizon 03i is designed to be easily scalable for long-term flexibility. Now equipped with a new gull wing cover for enhanced accessibility and convenience, Horizon 03i is newly compatible with Productivity Tools including the multi-award-winning Cyclone understencil cleaner equipped to cut conventional cleaning times in half. DEK's HawkEye® high-speed print verification solution will also be on display along with the HD Grid-Lok® automatic high density tooling solution.

DEK will also be participating in NEW's Production Live! environment, with the Horizon 01i print platform joining a host of other technologies from the industry's leading suppliers to create two fully working production lines. The optimum high speed, high accuracy solutions for diverse assembly challenges, the flagship Horizon specification's mechanical design and position sensing technologies cut cycle time dramatically. Driven by DEK's next generation Instinctiv(TM) V9 advanced machine user interface, Horizon 01i users can also benefit from all the utilization and productivity benefits this delivers. And, now featuring recently introduced features including enhanced parameter editing, command availability and real time feedback, Instinctiv V9 delivers an even greater productivity advantage than ever before.

Visitors to Stand A10 will also be able to see DEK's patented VectorGuard® technology, a breakthrough automatic tensioning system prioritizing operator safety, system rigidity and ease of use. A variety of VectorGuard foil technologies will be on display - from the original, stainless steel VectorGuard Blue through to VectorGuard PumpPrint® for cost-effective adhesive deposition. The DEK team will also be highlighting its precision screen technologies, engineered in its state-of-the-art ISO 14644 Class 10,000 cleanroom facility to enable printing of advanced materials within a few microns accuracy. NEW visitors will also be able to see a comprehensive range of quality consumables including specialist cleaning products, wipes, swabs, squeegees, replacement parts and storage solutions.
