Adalet Introduces DN4X Series of Stainless Steel Disconnect Enclosures
Adalet announces a complete line of flange mounted stainless steel disconnect enclosures for use where protection from dust, water, oil and dripping water may be required. The DN4X series of enclosures come equipped with provisions for mounting a disconnect device on the right flange and can accept disconnect hardware from all major manufacturers. All disconnect enclosures come with a universal cutout that allows mounting of most commercially available disconnects. The Disconnect switch (or circuit breaker) and operating mechanism are not furnished with enclosure and should be purchased directly from the manufacturer.
Available in nine sizes ranging from the smallest 24H x 21W x 8D to the largest 60H x 37W x 12D, these enclosures are ideal for indoor and outdoor areas where dampness and highly-corrosive atmospheres are present. They are for use in areas such as refineries, waste & water treatment, food processing, coating, salt, and chemical facilities. The DN4X enclosures can be special ordered in Type 316 stainless steel. Replace DN4X with DN4X6 in catalog number when ordering 316L stainless.
Standard features include: Silicone gaskets, removable hinge pin, box & cover ground screws including an internal / external earthing stud, internal standoffs for mounting pans.

All DN4X enclosures conform to the National Electrical Manufacturers Associate (NEMA) standard for Type 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, and 13. These enclosures conform to the Joint Industry Council (JIC) standard EGP-1-1967. They are listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. for Canada and the United States.
