Discharging Manifolds provide constant gas supply.

Press Release Summary:

Stainless steel stationary discharging manifolds handle various gasses, but are best suited in handling Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Nitrogen. Also available in other materials, manifolds employ Automatic Switchover option, and promote uniform emptying of cylinders. Delivery pressure is rated at 10-250 PSIG, and configuration design handles up to 24 cylinders.

ACME STATIONARY DISCHARGING MANIFOLDS PROVIDE COST-EFFECTIVE SOLUTION FOR SUPPLYING GAS TO GENERATORS

Allentown, PA - Acme Cryogenics, Inc.'s full line of stationary discharging manifolds provide cost-effective solutions to customers with multiple cylinder requirements. They maximize safety, space, and reliability by providing a constant supply of product to the process. Acme's manifolds are constructed to handle a variety of gasses but are especially effective in handling Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Nitrogen.

Although available in multiple materials and configurations, Acme's Stainless Steel gas manifolds have gained recent popularity within the power industry. Their construction, versatility and useful optional equipment have made them attractive solutions for gas supply, especially to generators. With an Automatic Switchover option, users can benefit from uninterrupted gas supply, space savings and a 25-50% reduction in cylinder inventory, while operating a solid system with quality construction and options, built-in flexibility and ease of maintenance. Because of manifold design, cylinders will empty uniformly, eliminating the return of cylinders that still contain usable gas. As one side of the manifold's cylinders empty, the system can automatically switch to the other side of the manifold where fresh cylinders continue the supply of gas to the process. This removes the guesswork as to when the cylinders are empty and makes the task of empty cylinder change out more effective. Modular construction makes it easy to add more cylinders to the manifold header. And, zero clearance unions make disassembly for maintenance and modification simple.

Acme Stainless Steel Manifolds also feature*:
- 316L Stainless Steel components
- Argon purge welded construction (for maximum product purity and performance)
- MAWP of 3000 PSIG
- Delivery pressure of 10-250 PSIG
- Standard flexible corrugated stainless steel pigtails with stainless outer braid
- Configuration designs to handle up to 24 cylinders or several banks of cylinders
- Optional audio-visual alarm panels, pressure switches, pigtails, wet/dry flash arrestors and relief valves to protect downstream equipment (explosion-proof equipment provided with flammable gas systems)

*Additional configurations, pressures and option are available via special order.

Acme's full line of pressure and flow control units (available in various sizes and configurations) can expertly serve the needs of this growing industry. For more information, contact Acme at 800-422-2790 or www.acmecryo.com.
