Eaton Introduces New HP30 High-Pressure Disc Valve Motor

CLEVELAND ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced it has expanded its line of disc valve motors with a new high-pressure product. Eaton's High Pressure 30 (HP30) disc valve motor offers important advantages over other motor styles, including higher starting torque efficiency, lower pressure drop and smoother two-speed shifting. The all-new design has a no-load pressure drop lower than 200 PSI at 25 GPM of flow. A two-piece balance ring provides mechanical and volumetric efficiencies that are superior to other designs. High performance ratings make the HP30 ideal for mobile off-highway applications that require up to 30,000 Inch - pounds of intermittent torque: Continuous pressure-170 Liters Per Minute (45 GPM) at 310 bar (4,500 PSI) Intermittent pressure-265 LPM (70 GPM) at 345 bar (5,070 PSI) Maximum inlet pressure-400 bar (6,000 PSI) Options available for the HP30 motor include a hydraulic parking brake that offers up to 3,570 Nm (31,600 in.-lbs.) of static holding torque. The HP30 motor offers similar bearing pack, brake, output shaft, and port mounts as competitive styles, making it an easy - yet more powerful - drop-in replacement.
