MICRO-MINI HYdraulics, Inc. offers directional control valves that are suited to system designs that handle routing and diversion of the fluid stream including starting and stopping it without affecting the pressure level or the flow rate. Directional valves for starting and stopping fluid flow are 2-way action. The 2-way refers to the porting connections. MICRO-MINI Hydraulics Inc offers the following size valves: D03, D05 & D08.

This press release features the D03 Directional Valve, which has a mounting interface of NFPA-D03. Nominal flow is 8 GPM and maximum flow is 16.8 GPM. Maximum frequency of operation is 300 CPM. Temperature range recommended is 100° -140° F with a maximum -5° - 190° F. Wet Armature solenoids are plug-in-coils. The maximum pressure ports are P-A-B - 45 PSI and T - 2000 PSI. Filtration requirements up to 3000 PSI are ISO 4406 20/6 . Above 3000 PSI the requirements are ISO 4406 18/14. Recommended viscosity range is 77 - 245 SUS with a maximum of 60 - 4000 SUS. These valves have manual solenoid override. When using these valves to design a system you can choose spool function, wiring connections, interface seals, coil voltage and an option of surge control.
