Introducing All-New QVI Spark and SparkMVP Measuring Systems
RAM Optical Instrumentation, a division of Quality Vision International (QVI®), introduces the allnew QVI Spark and SparkMVP high performance measuring systems at IMTS 2014.
The new Spark and SparkMVP are high performance dimensional measuring systems for manufacturing quality control. Spark features semi-automatic operation, while SparkMVP offers fully automatic CNC operation. Both excel at measuring fine features, and both provide complete part measurements using advanced high resolution fixed lens optics with a constant working clearance. Available interchangeable objective lenses offer configurable magnification and field-of-view sizes. A megapixel digital color camera provides high resolution images and the added flexibility of three digital zoom levels. In addition, SparkMVP offers an optional through-the-lens laser with no offset between the laser and optical paths, reducing stage motion and providing overall faster measurements. Spark/SparkMVP measurement volumes range from 150 x 75 x 125 mm to 300 x 300 x 150 mm. Spark and SparkMVP are equipped with QVI’s Measure-X®, the world’s most popular metrology software. RAM will demonstrate a new Spark 150, as well as a SparkMVP 300, at IMTS 2014 in Booth E-5602.
