The 520 features an efficient design that leaves plenty of real estate for other control panel components, eases installation, and maintains a NEMA 4X/IP67 seal to protect electronics in dusty and washdown environments. Enabling customization and system integration it's loaded with performance-driven features such as setpoints or checkweigh modes, selectable analog-to-digital speeds up to 120 Hz, on-board serial ports and optional analog output. The 520 is also available with Allen-Bradley Remote I/0, Profibus DP, DeviceNet and Ethernet interface options.

The 520 also includes the "extras" that bridge the gap between straight weighing and weight-based process control. Features such as setpoints, peak hold, time and date, counting, and accumulation can be executed via multi-function keys. What's more, the 520 delivers stable, accurate results with digital filtering that virtually eliminates interference from vibration and electrical noise.
