Digital View Featuring Industry's Most Advanced Range of LCD Interface Controllers and Associated Solutions at Electronica 2008
Morgan Hill, CA November 6, 2008 - Digital View, the display industry's leading supplier of interface controller solutions for application-specific markets, will be demonstrating new advances in LCD controller technology and controller-based solutions for remote displays monitoring and image enhancement at Electronica 2008, Munich, Germany, November 11-14, in Hall A3, Booth 120.
Digital View will be announcing and introducing its new DisplayMark(TM) technology. DisplayMark(TM) confirms - remotely and in real time - that monitors in digital signage systems are functioning correctly and actually displaying an image. DisplayMark(TM) will be connected to Digital View's SVH-1920, a feature-rich, multi-sync controller board designed to support up to 1920 x 1200 high-resolution LCDs.
Also on display will be Digital View's HE Series family of COTS (commercial off-the shelf) LCD controllers designed to comply with the strict standards required for the harsh environments encountered in military and rugged industrial applications. The HE-1400, HE-1600 Series and HE-1920 controllers are designed specifically to aid manufacturers building hardened military and industrial LCD display systems. They feature wide tolerance power supplies, locking connectors and low-mass tantalum capacitors for maximum tolerance to shock and vibration. All are 100% RoHS compliant.
Digital View will also be showing two new, soon-to- be-released product solutions in one demonstration. The IE-1000 Image Enhancer is an add-on board to Digital View LCD controllers and enables 120Hz panel support, motion compensation de-interlacing, and other image optimization features. To fully demonstrate the high image optimization benefits, the video source output will be coming from the ViewStream(TM)500 Solid State Digital Media Player with 1080p60 high definition video.
