Digital Vacuum Controller supports altitude simulations.

Press Release Summary:

Encased in 304 stainless steel, eVAC™ Automated Vacuum Control utilizes electronically activated valves to maintain programmed vacuum level within test or storage chambers. Upon receiving signal from eVAC, bleed valve reintroduces outside air into vacuum chamber. Conversely, solenoid vacuum valve electronically initiates vacuum pump. Users can monitor vacuum chamber conditions remotely using Ethernet connection. Thermocouple gauge measures atmospheric pressure from 1 mTorr to 760 Torr.

New from Terra Universal: eVAC(TM) Digital Vacuum Controller

Fullerton, CA – Terra Universal introduces eVAC automated vacuum control system. Electronically activated valves consistently maintain the programmed vacuum level within test or storage chambers.  Valves are regulated by the control box, where users can establish a vacuum set-point. Typical applications include altitude simulations, freeze-drying, and vacuum distillations.

Upon receiving a signal from the eVAC, the bleed valve reintroduces outside air into the vacuum chamber. Conversely, the solenoid vacuum valve electronically initiates the vacuum pump. This check-and-balance system works to precisely maintain the set-point. Change the set-point easily using the push-button control panel. The control system, including power supply and sensor connections, is encased in durable, cleanroom-friendly 304 stainless steel.

Monitor the vacuum chamber conditions remotely using the Ethernet connection. Software records input data and actual chamber vacuum levels. A thermocouple gauge measures atmospheric pressure between 1 mTorr to 760 Torr, with less than three seconds response time.
