IBASE Releases Latest Digital Signage Player Based on AMD 780E Chipset
Taipei, Taiwan - IBASE Technology (TASDAQ: 8050), a professional manufacturer of industrial computers, releases the new CMI200-952F scalable digital signage player. The signage system comes built in with the AMD 780E-based MI952 motherboard and offers superb performance, stability and excellent power efficiency.
The compact (280mm x 185mm x 50mm) CMI200-952F signage solution is integrated with ATI Radeon(TM) HD 3200 graphics with ATI Avivo(TM) HD technology and 128MB DDR3 sideport memory to provide excellent graphics performance to present the dynamic visual experience intended to the viewers. It supports dual independent displays combinations of HDMI with DVI-I and dual DVI-D interfaces. Compatibility with a range of AMD embedded processors including low power AMD Athlon(TM) X2 dual-core and AMD Athlon(TM) X4 quad-core processors and very low power AMD Athlon single-core processors enables CMI200-952F to support a wide range of performance as required by different digital signage software.
The CMI200-952F features PWM fan control for quite performance; it uses low power parts that helps reduce energy consumption and enhances overall system reliability. Other features include two DDR2 sockets for up to 4GB system memory, two Gigabit LAN, six USB (2.0) ports, one serial port, a 2.5" SATA HDD drive bay and an optional wall-mount kit.
