New 60 Volt Version of HARmonica Digital Drive

Westford, Massachusetts - Elmo Motion Control has added a new 60 vdc digital drive model to the HARmonica product family. Available in 5, 8, and 12 amp 60 vdc models, these high power density compact servo drives provide advanced motion control capabilities including: precision current and velocity, as well as, fully programmable intelligent position control modes. Network communication available through RS232 and/or CANopen protocols

With 750 watts of continuous output power in a very small package of 3.23" x 1" x 2.95", the HARmonica is a leader in high density miniature packaging. It features sinusoidal vector control, trapezoidal vector control, and six step and DC commutation topologies.

All HARmonica models use Elmo's Composer software suite that features Elmo's proprietary auto-tune function for automated servo tuning. The Composer seamlessly captures a signature of the mechanical system and quickly implements the optimal servo control algorithm. This tool allows the user to program and implement full motion capabilities that the amplifier provides.

The HARmonica meets UL-508c safety provisions and the relevant CE regulations. For more information on the HARmonica product family, please contact Aimee Husebo at 708-399-0034 (phone) or email at: info-us@elmomc.com.
