Iconotech Unveils the 'Optimizer' Digital Printer for a Variety of Case Sizes

The digital case printer uses the same proven digital printing technology that justifies Iconotech's first in the industry 5 year bar code warranty program.
The OPTIMIZER has been designed to handle the roughest demands of in-plant production. It is equipped with a heavy-duty shuttle feed system with a throughput of up to 60 cases per minute. With many operator-friendly features, the magazine easily adjusts to handle any size unerected box ranging from 10" x 12" to 36" x 39". This low maintenance printer is easy to use and built like a workhorse. It will print full graphics, in-spec bar codes and human readable text on flat RSC cases of various sizes.
The OPTIMIZER prints one side at a time, one color. The computer generated printing stencil allows exacting placement of very high-resolution print anywhere within a 32"x 11" area. This is a rugged, long-lasting printer designed for ease of use as well as durability with far lower operating costs than using labels or buying pre-print. Message creation takes minutes with the same print quality you would expect from a box converter but without the expense of printing plates.
Iconotech has also launched their new BAR CODE WARRANTY PROGRAM. This program is the first of its kind in the business of bar coding on corrugated shipping cases.
