Meriam Process Technology Offers Versatile, Reliable MERIGAUGE - Accuracy and Options Create Value While Addressing the Modern Demands of Process Pressure Measurement

The MERIGAUGE digital pressure gauge from Meriam Process Technology is designed for local indication, signal transmission, or control for positive pressure and vacuum measurements. Pressure ranges are available to 6,000 PSIG at standard accuracy of ± 0.25% of Full Scale and optional accuracy of ±0.10% of full scale. A compound range of vacuum -14. / to 0 to+50 PSIG is also available. A number of options - including panel mounting, 24 Vdc or battery powered units, 4 to 20 mA output, adjustable SPDT relay outputs, and various style diaphragm seals - make the MERIGAUGE one of the most versatile and application-oriented gauges in its class.

The pressure display is a 4-1/2" digit LCD with 0.6" high numerals. Each gauge includes 12 field selectable engineering units. The selectable units include PSIG, feet of water, inches of water, inches of the mercury, bar, millimeters of mercury, kilopascals and user configurable units. In addition to numeric pressure indication, analog indication of the pressure is represented by an adjustable vertical bar graph on the left side of the display.

The standard gauge is powered by two 9 volt alkaline or lithium batteries. Externally powered 24 VDC units with voltage or current outputs and/or SPDT switches are available and can be configured for both 4-20 mA output and two SPDT relay outputs in the same unit. Other standard features include Min/Max query, Zeroing, selectable Damping, selectable program Lock-out, adjustable display shutoff and field recalibration and adjustable display shutoff (for battery powered models). Process connection is via a 1/4" MNPT 316 stainless steel stem.

The housing is 304 stainless steel and NEMA 4 rated. Wetted components are 316 stainless steel for compatibility with many process fluids.

Meriam Process Technologies provides products and solutions for precision measurement and is a recognized leader in calibration instrumentation.
