This digital fiber fusion splicer, model C0210002, offers both normal and automatic splicing modes. It features single X or Y view and simultaneous X and Y views, a short splicing time of 9 seconds and an impressive tube heating time of 30 seconds. It is designed for single mode fiber, multi-mode fiber, dispersion-shifted fiber (DSF) and non-zero dispersion-shifted fiber (NZ-DSF).
This high performance instrument can detect cleaved fiber end-face faults and adjust parameters automatically. It utilizes VGA and USB interfaces for data communication and software upgrades.
