Digital Displays offer simple programming.

Press Release Summary:

Designed for analog and temperature inputs, products feature 5-digit LED display and are offered in 2 sizes: 48 x 24 mm with supply voltages of 10-30 Vdc, and 96 x 48 mm with supply voltages of 10-30 Vdc and 90-260 Vac. Both versions offer electrical isolation of circuits rated at 2.3 kV and programmable scaling function. Analog-input models incorporate signal-totalizer mode, while temperature-display models allow programmable set-point ranges with hysteresis.

Original Press Release:

User Friendly Programmable Digital Displays

Harrisburg, PA - A new line of easy-to-use Programmable Digital Displays for analog and temperature inputs is now available from Phoenix Contact. Designed for harsh industrial environments, the five-digit, high resolution LED display and easy programming features make these displays user friendly.

The displays are available in two sizes, a compact 48x24mm with supply voltages of 10 - 30V DC and a larger 96x48mm, with supply voltages of 10 - 30V DC and 90 - 260V AC. Both versions offer electrical isolation of circuits rated at 2.3kV. A programmable scaling function enables standard analog signals to be displayed as selectable physical measuring ranges.

The analog input models accept standard 0...20mA, 4...20mA, 0...10V, and bipolar inputs. A signal totalizer (integrator) mode allows the display to compute instantaneous values.

The temperature display models are designed to accept inputs from RTDs and thermocouples, as well as inputs from sensors with linear mV characteristic curves. This display allows programmable set point ranges with hysteresis. The temperature readout can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Additional features of the larger displays include auxillary 24V DC for powering external devices or 10V DC as excitation voltage for sensors. The larger version also features two relay outputs with freely selectable setpoint values.
