MINNETONKA, Minn. - Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII) today announced that Better Place is using its Digi TransPort® 6410 high-speed cellular router to connect Electric Vehicle (EV) docking stations to the Better Place electric car network in Israel. This enables energy demand management capabilities by allowing utilities to minimize charging requirements during peak electricity consumption hours.
