Differential Pressure Gauges suit high line applications.

Press Release Summary:

With 10,000 psi line pressure ratings, differential pressure gauges measure differential pressures on liquids in ranges from 0-5 in. H2O to 0-1,000 psid. They have pressure bodies machined from solid blocks of metal and piston sensor assembly that withstand severe environments and high pressures. NEMA 4x rated units are available with dials up to 6 in. dia in black or white, and porting connections including medium pressure, high pressure, NPT, BSP, MS, and SAE.

New Differential Pressure Gauges Offer Lower Cost and Faster Delivery

MILFORD, CT - Here's a tradeoff that is saving engineers money and time. New differential pressure gauges for high line pressure applications from Orange Research are half the cost of the leading competitive product and ship in days rather than weeks or months. The Orange Research gauges are rated at 2% accuracy versus 1% for the competition, an acceptable tradeoff in filtration and other oil field, pipeline, chemical processing, refinery and power plant applications where extremely high accuracy is not necessary.

The new differential pressure gauges, with 10,000 psi (680 bar) line pressure ratings, measure differential pressures on liquids in ranges from 0-5" H2O to 0-1,000 psid. They are available with large, easy-to-read dials up to 6" in diameter in black or white.

These rugged and reliable gauges have pressure bodies machined from solid blocks of metal and a proprietary piston sensor assembly designed to withstand severe environments and high pressures. A magnetic coupling between the sensor assembly and the indicator completely separates process fluids from the gauge dial indicator, switches or relays, making solid-front gauges or blowout ports unnecessary.

Engineers can select from stainless steel or aluminum construction. Static seals are available in many materials, enough to satisfy the most demanding applications. A wide variety of porting connections are offered, including medium pressure, high pressure, NPT, BSP, MS, SAE and many more. Switches and relays can be added for remote indication of process conditions. Nema 4X ratings protect the electrical components.

Orange Research offers a large selection of low-cost, rugged and reliable products for measuring differential pressure, flow and liquid level. Built to last, these products are known for long life and reliable service under the harshest conditions.
