Differential Pressure Gauge suits seawater applications.

Press Release Summary:

Model 120 Series Filter Minder ranges from 0-5 through 0-100 psid with accuracy of ±5% FS ascending. Differential pressure is sensed by movement of floating piston magnet against calibrated spring. Gauge pointer, outside pressure housing, follows movement of piston magnet and indicates pressure. Made of aluminum bronze or monel, unit is weather-resistant and offers working pressure of 5,000 psig. Dial is 2½, 3½, or 4½ in. round with shatter-resistant lens.

Differential Pressure Gauge for Seawater Applications

Mid-West Instrument of Sterling Heights, MI introduces its model 120 Series "Filter Minder" piston type differential gauge that is specially designed for seawater applications. For protection, the 120 gauge materials include aluminum bronze or monel. The differential pressure is sensed by the movement of a floating piston magnet against a calibrated spring. The gauge pointer, outside the pressure housing, follows the movement of the piston magnet and indicates differential pressure.

Benefits of the 120 Include:
o Range: 0-5 PSID thru 0-100 PSID (0.3 bar to 7.0 bar)
o Accuracy ± 5% full scale ascending
o Weather resistant construction standard
o Working pressure 5000 P.S.I.G. (340 bar)
o Over-range protection to rated working pressure
o Dial size: 2½, 3½, or 4½" round
o Shatter resistant lens

Hermetically sealed S.P.S.T. or S.P.D.T. reed switches are optionally available to provide high and/or low alarm control. Reverse pressure ports are also optionally available.
