Diebold's Campaign Office(TM) Featured Live at Retail Delivery 2007

First Tennessee Bank to showcase marketing software at Diebold booth

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 12 -- Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE:DBD) will demonstrate Campaign Office(TM), its server-based marketing software component of Agilis® Office Suite, at the 2007 BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo. Through Diebold's Campaign Office technology, financial institutions can increase profitability while delivering customer-pleasing personalization in the form of unique automated teller machine (ATM) screen backgrounds, buttons and fonts, a selection of languages, and informational and service messages for specific locations.

"Campaign Office dovetails Web, ATM and more to provide seamless integration throughout an entire network," said Diebold's Charles E. Ducey, senior vice president, global development and services. "By incorporating Campaign Office into their tool sets, financial institutions can generate revenue and strengthen their competitive edge by personalizing the ATM experience for increased customer satisfaction."

At BAI's Retail Delivery Expo, Diebold will work in conjunction with First Tennessee Bank, a division of First Horizon National Corp. to showcase the capabilities of the Campaign Office module. With nearly 600 Diebold ATMs deployed in its network, First Tennessee has taken advantage of cardholder- specific campaigns within Office Suite to obtain a 13 percent approval response rate to the bank's new account promotion targeting new and existing customers.

Campaign Office is a server-based solution that provides enhanced ATM screen content through the use of Web browser-based screens within Windows® - based ATM networks. From marketing that's based on bank identification numbers to the identification of foreign users, Campaign Office helps financial institutions generate revenue and personalize the ATM experience with messages targeted directly to segments of consumers.
