Custom die cut membranes for precise venting and filtration applications in bioscience, food, pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical and water purification are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, MA.
Interstate Custom Die Cut Membranes can be manufactured and packaged to meet precise OEM specifications from a wide range of materials including cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, nylon, PES, PTFE, PVDF, MCE, CA, GF, PP and more. Supplied on rolls or sheets, with or without an adhesive backing, these precision membranes can be fabricated in a wide variety of formats with pore sizes from 0.2 to 0.45 microns, depending upon material.
Available in sizes from 0.25” to 60” dia., with tolerances of ±0.005” and varying thicknesses, Interstate Custom Die Cut Membranes can be produced using digital die-less cutting, or high-speed and rotary die cutting. Slitting, multi-layer laminating and special packaging can be provided and the firm is ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2008 approved and ITAR registered.
