DC Motor-Driven Diaphragm Pumps Engineered for Long Life in Agricultural Applications



MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc. introduces PowerFLO(TM) 2200 Series 12 volt DC motor-driven diaphragm pumps. These positive displacement pumps are self-priming and can run dry without causing damage to the pump. They can pump liquids at up to 1 GPM (3.7 LPM) with temperatures up to 110°F (43°C) and maximum pressure to 40PSI (2.8 bar).

These pumps feature a polypropylene housing, Viton valves, a santoprene diaphragm, and stainless steel and zinc plated fasteners for long life and trouble-free operation in agricultural applications such as spraying equipment and fluid transfer. The accompanying permanent magnet motors feature a rugged nylon 6/6 housing, and are thermally protected and splashproof.

PowerFLO(TM) 7800 Series pumps are also available, offering flow output from 0.40 GPM (1.5 LPM) to 5.3 GPM (20.1 LPM) at pressures to 100 PSI. They can handle fluid temperature to 140ºF (60ºC).
