Featuring the supplemental processing power of the SafeXcel 184x co-processor, this versatile development platform supports a Pentium M processor and up to 8 GB DDR RAM. With its CompactFlash socket, Gigabit Ethernet, and PCI-X slot, PL-01025 integrates the latest functionality for developers of network appliances. PL-01025 touts ten Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) and four 10/100 Ethernet ports - as well as digital I/O (four in, four out), serial interface, and an IDE connector for a 2.5" HDD.
Ideal for servers, network monitoring, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, and other Internet appliances, PL-01025 is a high-performance development platform featuring the added power of the SafeXcel 184x co-processor. The SafeNet SafeXcel 184x network security co-processor offloads packet processing and public key computations while incorporating a complete suite of hardware security features, including IPSec, ESP, and AH transforms; basic encrypt / decrypt and hash operations; and SL, TLS, and MPEE cryptographic operations.
Designed to speed time-to-market for OEMs and system integrators, PL-01025 is readily available with Linux, Windows CE / Embedded XP, and several other software packages.
