DuPont utilizes Despatch's market-leading firing furnace for paste development and testing.
Despatch's firing furnace upgrade package includes a multitude of new, performance-enhancing features, including the patent-pending VOC Thermal Oxidizer. Despatch's VOC Thermal Oxidizer is an industry-first, maintenance-free solution designed to eliminate over 99% of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from gasses exhausted during drying of photovoltaic metallization pastes. The Oxidizer is a direct replacement for current ineffective remote abatement and VOC Condenser options.
Additional upgrade package elements include: Soft Start for optimized heat transfer and a reduced connected load; thermal response improvement to adjust for inconsistent wafer flow; E-Stop monitoring and notification; independent top and bottom airflow and many others.
