Despatch Industries Receives Large Order of Nitrogen Atmosphere Ovens from Semiconductor R&D Facility

Minneapolis, Minn., U.S.A. - Despatch Industries, the world's leading company in thermal processing solutions for over one hundred years, has recently received a large order for thirteen LND, nitrogen atmosphere cabinet ovens. The order was obtained through Canadian representative Ontario Ovens. The ovens will be installed in a Canadian University facility and will be utilized in a large-scale R&D project focusing on development in microchip and microelectronic system (MEMS) assembly. The project is expected to bring together hundreds of researchers from the industry and academic field.

Despatch LND nitrogen atmosphere ovens are very popular with semiconductor and medical device manufacturers all over the world. The ovens feature horizontal, recirculating airflow for efficient and uniform heating of each load. High performance LND ovens are recognized for exceptional reliability and the versatility to be used across a broad spectrum of precise curing applications.

"For this particular project, the customer had very strict requirements for temperature uniformity, low oxygen content inside the oven and silicone-free construction. Our experience and knowledge in this type of application allowed us to create a custom solution for the customer that achieves their specific performance criteria," states Steve Eul, Despatch Application Engineer. "At Despatch, we have a long history of working closely with our customers to find the best thermal processing solution that poses the lowest risk."

Despatch has specialized in thermal processing for over 100 years and is actively using this technical expertise to provide innovative solutions to critical applications in a broad range of markets and cutting edge technology worldwide.
