DELUMPER® DC1082A Ultra-Compact Stainless Steel Crusher
The DELUMPER Model 1082A is an ultra-compact, rugged, multi-purpose unit that supports both chopping and milling action. It can be mounted anywhere without supports. Flanges provide easy connections to hoppers, process equipment, ducts and pipes. This Delumper is only five inches high and accepts lumps to full 4-1/2 x 6 inch input opening.
The DC1082A, constructed entirely of stainless steel, is fully enclosed and dust tight. It has no cracks or crevices where product could accumulate. The unit is easily disassembled for autoclaving, sanitary washing or cleaning.
The DELUMPER is a reliable solution for a wide variety of size reduction applications. The unit has an extraordinary chopping rate that easily reduces agglomerates and clusters without degrading the product, including foods, drugs and general chemicals. It also chops friable, wet or dry chemicals and waxes with a low temperature rise.
The DC1082A is available in a choice of coarse and fine configurations. Standard capacity is 90 cu. ft per hour. The machine is supplied standard with a 2 HP belt drive or optional direct gear drive. Units can be supplied with stand and hopper for fixed or portable operation with casters.
