Straight-Through Deluge and Flow Control Valves

HASTINGS, MI - Viking, a global leader in the fire protection industry, now offers straight-through deluge and flow control valves in 4", 6" and 8" nominal sizes.

UL listed and FM approved, Viking's newest four and six inch options use the same simple, time-tested technology that made the original Viking angle-style valves so popular. Featuring grooved inlets and outlets, the new valves are compatible with Viking's EZ or Conventional trim and can be installed vertically or horizontally. They can be retrofitted into existing straight-through systems and, like all Viking Deluge Valves, are resistant to problems caused by pressure surges.

Viking's new straight-through deluge and flow control valves come standard painted red with galvanized trim and give you all the options you've come to expect from Viking angle-style valves - including corrosion-resistant Halar coated valves, trim available in brass or stainless steel materials, and the Viking Model A-1 speed control assembly to help mitigate water hammer problems. A grooved 165mm O.D. version is also available for international use.

Viking is a leader in the manufacture and distribution of innovative fire protection equipment. Their products are sold in over 70 countries worldwide through an integrated distribution network.
